TAKE THAT WALK…

WELCOME TO WELLNESS WEDNESDAYS

Where we discuss things I myself, and or others do in the pursuit of creating wellness.

First things first What is wellness

Miriam Webster Dictionary Defines wellness as

The quality or state of being in good health especially as an actively sought goal

The reason why it is a topic we will be discussing often is due to the many variables that go in to the term “ good health “

What does that even mean?

ELCOACHCASEY (thats me) defines good health as the peace that is provided when you nurture your mind, body, and soul.

And as Naval Rakivant would say “peace is happiness at rest, and happiness is peace in motion”

How do we get here?

Through countless observations and research hours I have come to one undeniable solution..

Dun dun dun,

There is more than one way to get here

Truth be told I think that goes with any and everything

So before I ramble off topic here is the theory I have been testing that creates a umbrella for how you would get to this destination on a daily basis

  1. Do something healthy for your body daily

  2. Do something healthy for your mind daily

  3. Do something healthy for your soul daily

One example of a daily task i do to help me with doing something healthy for my mind daily is walking

First thing in the morning when I get I up I hit the ground .. walking to get the feel of being present in nature, with GOD, and Nina Brown (my dog), side note well the whole note, Nina is the main reason why I started walking in the mornings anyways, but as I result it has been a great change of pace, keeps the first thing in my mind to be less chaotic then the other alternatives, like cell phones, other voices, etc.

Try it out let me know how it works and see if it helps if not keep searching for something that would work better for you, but overall the theory is to do something for your mind, body, and soul daily to help your wellness talk to y’all in the next one
