Seated abduction

3×20 ( 30 second rest between each set )

Seated Adduction

Machine Chest Fly

1 set x 20, 5, 5, 5, 5 ( 5 second rest in between each set )

Seated Row

1 set x 20, 5, 5, 5,5 ( 5 second rest between each set )

Seated Leg Curl

Seated Leg Extension
