SUBTLE CHANGES

As we head into week 2 of our 8 week workout program, we change up the emphasis, just a little bit. Last week the emphasis was showing up and getting used to the new routine, this week it is about making those small little changes where necessary in the routine. The exact things being changed this week are in the grocery list and the intentions in our workouts.

GROCERY LIST

Ground beef, salmon, aged cheddar, ground sirloin, ground bison, frozen berries, frozen mangoes, frozen watermelon, macadamia nuts, raw honey, wheatgrass powder, mushroom blend powder, chlorophyll powder, lime juice, lemon juice, creatine mono hydrate, grapefruit spindrift, mountain spring water.

THE WORKOUTS

MONDAY- isolations + boxing

TUESDAY - athletic lift + boxing

WEDNESDAY- isolations + boxing

THURSDAY-athletic lift + boxing

FRIDAY- isolations + boxing

SATURDAY - boxing

The small change we are making with our lift comes in our intentions. Really locking in and being in the moment. Feeling each set rep and each muscle contraction. It’s really about squeezing the most out of the time we have allocated to work on our physical goal
