For those of you who are new here, there has been a lot of talking going on and hopefully through these posts they have added some type of value to you.

Through constant effort my job has been how can I add more value

Here is my effort in doing that

It is a challenge that is built to help you grow and sustain in the areas of

  1. Physical (body)

  2. Mental (mind)

  3. Spiritual (spirit)

We do this through building a system that allows you to put yourself in environments that warrant your highest possibility of success

  1. Physical

Through guided daily workouts catered to your individual goals

In addition you will be getting nutrition advice and guide according to those said goals

The system being built here is the tracking of the daily workouts and of the meals

It is not a crash diet it is a system built to create a routine that will help you maintain the desired physical goal you are looking for

  1. Mental

We will be looking for accountability partners, homies, buddies and overall community to talk to daily to create an environment of like minded individuals seeking a common interest

  1. Spiritual

Through reading with book recommendations, meditation, journaling and enjoying some time in nature we improve the system of spirit and allow a clear mind and honest reflection to dictate the direction of your choices

This system and community is built foundational however is adjustable for each individual within the community and because of that the overall community can be split into three sub communities

  1. GLOVES+GAINS

This community is catered to and exclusive to women, the purpose of this community in addition to all things above is to create a safe space for women to empower women. Deal with the intimidation of the gym, and build a camaraderie along the way

  1. Boxing

This community is for the boxer/fighter; retired, current, aspiring, etc.

there unfortunately isn’t a lot of common knowledge on nutrition and strength and conditioning in this particular world and we hope to change that

  1. ELCOACHCASEY

This community is for those who do not have a career in any specific sport as a participate, but enjoy being athletic and keeping a physique that can enjoy sports such as basketball and boxing in an efficient way without it interfering with your main thing.

#SIXTYSTRONG last a total of 60 days and the entry fee is $60 which comes out to a dollar a day. There will be weekly prizes and meet ups for those local

  3. Mediation/ breath work

  4. Outside workout

  5. Reading

  6. Eating + tracking
