THE SHORT CUT IS A TRAP!!!

YOU DONT WANT TO GET THERE THAT FAST ANYWAYS

You aren’t where you need to be because you are not currently doing the things you need to be doing to to be where you need to be. You need to find out what those things you need to be doing are. Then doing those things daily. Add time . Add more time and boom the psychological change occurs where you are where you need to be.. sounds simple right? Well it is, but it’s not the typical simple.

Why is that?

Well we typically only listen to advice from those who have done things. The reason. Well they have done it, so you listen to them because they have proof it can be done.

Here is the problem with that

You aren’t starting at the same place as them

They have been running the race. Training for it. Thinking about it. Dreaming about it.

You still haven’t even committed to a race yet

Here’s the secret: you find your shortcut along the way.

The journey is long, it’s a marathon. It requires the ability to trust your self, that requires proof you will be able to last. Your endurance and discipline needs to be built up for this task. When you consistently take the shortcut without building up the stamina for the entire race, when that shortcut is no longer available, you quit the race and fail

The shortcut is a trap , because it shortens the trips and robs you of the moment to enjoy the process along the way
