HOW TO PLAN YOUR GROCERY HAUL

I am here for the systems and how they are built
Here is the way I set up my grocery haul
First it is important to understand, you don’t need that many options, you just think you do but if you were to really track what you eat on a day to day, week by week basis, it is pretty much the same thing
So here is how i break it down
I pick 3 protein sources, 3 carb sources, 3 fat sources and 3 extras
Proteins
85/15 ground beef
Smoked salmon
Filet Mignon
Carbs
Bananas
Grapefruits
Potatoes
Fats
Eggs
Avocados
Macadamia Nuts
The extras
Body armor
Protein powder
Cheese
These are pretty much my staples for the grocery haul
This helps me budget correctly from a money standpoint but also an energy standpoint, it keeps me focused as I am in the grocery story on the things that i need for the week
