THE PLAN
MY WEEK OF WORKOUTS OVERVIEW
I have got some goals…
I will be 35 at the end of the month and I can honestly say I feel great, mentally, physically, and spiritually
So what’s the goal?
To achieve more athleticism, a better physique, all while not effected my recovery and the other tasks that help me remain mentally and spiritually strong
What does that look like?
I have crafted a workout program that is broken down between Isolation lifts, complex training (for athleticism) all paired with a diet that aides in the performance and recovery of these work outs.
So here is the overview of the week
Monday
Full body isolation lift + 33 round workout (boxing)
Tuesday
Complex Training + 33 round workout(boxing)
Wednesday Full body isolation lift + 33 round workout (boxing)
Thursday
Complex Training + 33 round workout (boxing)
Friday
Full Body Isolation Lift + 33 round workout (boxing)
Saturday
33 round workout (boxing)
Sunday
Rest day, boxing, just don’t think and do what I want from a movement stand point
The total amount of time worked out daily is any where from 90 to 120 minutes in addition to a workload that requires movement as well I average around 25k steps a day
This may be a problem
The problem that I seem to face is…
Under eating, and this is a problem because if i want my physique to look the way I desire I need to be fueling it to build and help my muscles recover
What’s the solution?
Meal Prepping, yup that simple, in theory. I am even meal prepping my fruit(smoothies)
Here is a grocery list I will be sticking to to help me meal prep the meals I will be having on a daily basis

SPINDRIFT (PINEAPPLE), FROZEN BLUEBERRIES, FROZEN WATERMELON, FROZEN MANGOS, PB2 POWDER, RAW HONEY, DARK CHOCOLATE, UNSWEETNED COCONUT FLAKES, GROUND BEEF, SALMON, CUCUMBERS, RED ONIONS, TOMATOES, WHITE ONIONS, BELL PEPPERS, OLIVE OIL, LEMON JUICE LIME JUICE
What i realized is these are the components that allow me to hit the metrics necessary for me
Enjoying what I eat
Having what I eat make me feel good
Having what I eat help me look good
