I am not saying you or I always feel like this, but I know for me this happens most when i stray away from what my initial focus was on.

There are enough hours in the day, I am doing enough, and I don’t feel anxious when I am in fact focusing on the small daily tasks I created for myself towards my overall objective.

The clearer the vision the last distractions, the more time, the feeling of doing more than enough, and less anxiety is what happens when I do these things.
