Lets start with the eating
Grocery List
apples, oranges, bananas, macademia nuts, aged cheddar, 85/15 ground beef, filet mignon, cinnamon, maple syrup, cacao powder, protein powder, coconut milk, coconut water, spring water, spindrift, creatine monohydrate, 92% dark chocolate, eggs, lime juice, lemon juice, asparagus, pink himalayan sea salt, caffeine pills, sourdough bread, primal kitchens garlic aoili, ketchup, mustard
Meals
Mornings
apple, orange, banana, macademia nuts, protein shake
Afternoons
double cheeseburger on sourdough + spin drift
Evenings
Filet Mignon + Asparagus + 2 over easy eggs + dark chocolate
throughout the day i will be drinking 50 oz of spring water, 32 ounces of coconut water, and sparkling spring water as i please, lime and lemon juice will be inside the 50 oz spring water
Workouts
2 x a week isolation/ body building lifts
2 x a week athletic/ lifts
7 x a week boxing
2 x a week sparring
This is the plan however it is an active experiment built on sustainability, I have other desires and things I would like to do with my life and throughout the day so this plan is based on having this schedule not only be sustainable but something that gets me in the best shape.
