This success formula is based on sports and fitness

I do believe if changing variables it can work in other fields, however lets stick to what I am actively involved in

Ideal weight +i ideal physique + ideal performance + food intake + workout program + time + controlled emotion = results

IDEAL WEIGHT

Even though this may change as you get closer and closer to your goal we add this as a variable because it is a starting point

IDEAL PHYSIQUE

What do you want to look like? Keep in mind the goal is to look good naked

IDEAL PERFORMANCE

Are you an athlete? Hobbyist? You get the point

WORKOUT

Your workout program should be made according to the above variables

FOOD INTAKE

It is your daily budget of calories that will allow you to not only get towards your weight goal but your physique and performance

TIME

This is as important as the rest, in short it could be identified as the assumed time it would take to get you from where you are currently to where you want to be

CONTROLLED EMOTION

We are human and with that comes emotions and feelings, it is not as black and white as the equation, so its always nice to have someone talk you off that ledge and have you remember hey its going to take time it wont happen over night
