THE FORMULA IS…

SIMPLER THAN YOU THINK

YOU + ACTION + TIME = RESULTS

There it is, see y’all in the next post, I joke I joke, I kid, I kid.

Let’s define the simplicity of this statement and give umbrella statements so you can see how this theory can apply to any skill you want to acquire.

The You

Do I really need to define this one? If I do, please go see a specialist, and I mean that with love.

Action

Action can be defined as the attempt of the particular skill you are trying to acquire. We can plan all day however, improvement comes from the experience we acquire through constant attempts of said skill we wish to acquire

Time

This one is a little trickier to explain however when it comes to skill acquisition I like to think of attempts more so than length of time in seconds, minutes, hours, weeks, days, etc. For example if I need to get 10,000 reps of something, the amount of days it takes me to get these numbers of reps completed would depend on me as and individual.

In conclusion

All of these variables are part of the equation and they cannot be shortcut. Through experience you will become more efficient but as said in my previous posts. If you shortcut a mile before you build the endurance to actually run a mile when that shortcut is no longer available you would not have built the stamina to complete the mile needed
