HERES HOW I KNOW

Lets start off with a question

Rate yourself 1-10, one being the lowest, ten being the highest

What is your rating on how much you trust yourself to complete a task you said you would complete.

If you rated yourself lower than a seven, you’ve got some work to do, really anything less than a ten means room for improvement, and that’s speaking objectively.

Ok now that we tapped into some self awareness, now what?

Lets fix it

How do we do that?

Let first identify a specific area of our life we wish to improve

Guess we gotta go with fitness because it’s one of my fields. Can we agree you aren’t where you want to be. Can we also agree yo don’t trust yourself to get there. So here’s the plan to change all that.

Identify what you see yourself looking liking and doing

Creat a system that backs that indentity

Creat a daily routine that backs that system

Dong this will now allow you to self check if you are on your path to trust yourself and reach your goal

As you begin to consistently complete the daily tasks you set out to complete you will produce evidence to support you can in fact trust yourself to complete a task

This is a way to gain trust back in yourself
