I have been doing it all wrong, well not all wrong but my consistencym specifically with my diet has fallen by the wayside a bit. Dont get me wrong by many standards you can say I am in shape, however by mine there is much more to do. Enter in the statement

Work on the things that need to be worked on

My workouts are fine and improvements are being made there, but i want more, and the more doesnt require me creating a new plan or doing anyting extra outside of tracking what i am currently doing already.

Yes tracking, tracking my workouts, tracking my food intake, and tracking my recovery.

The simple task required to do this will create exponential growth in the way I look, feel, and perform. More importantly it will free up time in other areas of importance to me.

The app I use for tracking is myfitnesspal, I am just familiar with the interface so I continue to use it.

If you are currently not where you want to be and havent consistently been tracking, I would suggest giving it a shot
