WEEK 1 OF 8
There are 8 weeks left in the year and we want to capitalize off each and every one. This week is all about showing up. We have a goal in mind and a plan to get there. The nature of the plan itself requires us to do different/new things. Our job is to show up at the times and do these things. So overall this is what this weeks shit looks like
MONDAY- isolations + boxing
TUESDAY-athletic lift + boxing
WEDNESDAY-isolations + boxing
THURSDAY-athletic lift + boxing
FRIDAY-isolations + boxing
SATURDAY - boxing
Our diet goal this week follows the same theory
We will be tracking what we eat the same way we are tracking our workouts and here is the grocery list for those daily meals
GROCERY LIST
Ground sirloin, salmon, cod, ground bison, ground beef
Macadamia nuts, frozen blueberries, frozen watermelon, frozen mangoes, frozen pepper strips, Idaho potatoes, sweet potatoes
Spring water, spindrift,dark chocolate
This is week is very foundational, our job is “ to get into the habit” of doing those weekly/daily tasks,. They are the tasks that make up the routine of our future self
