Sometimes not making a bad decision, is equally, if not more important than making a good one
Hear me out.
Its Friday 5pm, you have an early start to your morning Saturday (based on what you scheduled yourself and said you should be doing)
Your friends ask you to go out, you flat out answer
I can’t I have to get up pretty early
Let me answer what you dodged (and we are speaking generally, but also reality of what happens)
You got the necessary sleep required
You didn’t drink as much as you would have
You didn’t eat as bad as you would have
Insert any other negative possibility here
All of these things didn’t even cross your path of having to make a decision on because you made the first decision of sticking to your routine.
This also can be applied to your thoughts when we break it down to its most simplest form.
Not speaking about or to yourself in a negative light can cause the same amount if not more good than just thinking and speaking to yourself in a positive light.
Try it out let me know how it works, talk to you guys tomorrow
