HOW I GET BETTER AT BOXING
THE 33 ROUND WORKOUT
If you follow me on social media specifically instagram you may have heard me mention the 33 round workout.
What is it?
It is a boxing workout that i do daily that both keeps me in pretty good shape but also allows me to focus on the task of getting better at boxing.
So here it is.
Rounds 1-3 jump rope
Round 4-6 shadow box
Rounds 7-9 heavy bag work
Rounds 10 and 11 shadow box
Rounds 12-14 heavy bag work
Rounds 15 and 16 shadow box
Rounds 17-19 heavy bag work
Rounds 20 and 21 shadow box
Rounds 22-24 heavy bag work
All previous rounds are 2 minutes of work and 30 seconds of rest, the next rounds are shorter and can be looked at as a cooldown
Round 25 jump rope
Round 26 shadow box
Round 27 push ups 30 seconds abs 30 seconds
Round 28 jump rope
Round 29 shadow box
Round 30 push ups 30 seconds abs 30 seconds
Round 31 jump rope
Round 32 shadow box
Round 33 push ups 30 seconds abs 30 seconds
These rounds are 1 minute of work and no rest in between. The entirety of this workout takes a total 1 hour and 8 min
